On site there is a HACCP certified plant, which has been exhaustively calculated from water purification equipment of beverage manufacturer standard up to the flow of air in the building. All rooms are equipped with ozone sterilization equipment, and we carry out an integrated process from collection to manufacturing and shipping based on strict quality management. We complete the products ourselves, and insist that we do not leave them out of our sight, and this is a policy that we refuse to compromise on in order to deliver products with quality of safety and peace of mind to our customers.
We also manufacture water at the plant. We share our own safe water in our plant that is equivalent to beverage manufacturers, passing through ceramics, and using techniques such as UV and high-concentration ozone sterilization, and use it in all manufacturing processes.
All equipment parts are sterilized with ozone after every product is completed. Staff uniforms are also cleaned. We carry out thorough management to ensure that uniforms, etc. are not taken outside to prevent bacteria and foreign substances entering.
